Chocolate Mug Cake with protein

- 50 gram Whey shake Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of ground oats
- A dash of milk
- Cinnamon (optional)
You only have to take a few steps for this super-fast Chocolate Mug Cake! Make sure you have a good bowl or a large mug that is microwave-safe.
First mix all the dry ingredients well with a fork in the bowl, these are the ground oats (if you don't have any ground oats you can easily grind your oatmeal in the blender), a tablespoon of raw cocoa powder, the 50 gram whey or whey isolate in chocolate flavor (casein is also possible), and the teaspoon of self-raising baking powder.
When you have mixed all the dry ingredients, add the egg together with a small dash of milk. Mix everything together until it becomes a firm and smooth batter. If this is too thick, add some extra milk to dilute the batter.
Put the mosquito cake in the microwave for approximately 1,5 minute at approximately 600-700 watt, of course this is different per microwave.
When the mosquito cake has risen to a light cake, it is ready to eat!
