We do our utmost to keep the quality of our products as high as possible, and that of course includes the taste. But beyond that there are so many options to make your shake even better! This article is also very useful for people who don't like the taste of their protein shake, no matter how much they have already tried.
Make your own smoothie!
Try mixing your protein shake with frozen fruit. The only thing you need for this is a blender. There are many different flavors possible here. Consider, for example, a Protein Shake Banana mixed with frozen mangos, or an Protein Shake Cherries with frozen strawberries. You can also add extra ice cubes to make a delicious slush!
Our favorite smoothie: Greens + Real Isolate Summerfruit Smoothie

- 1 scoop Real Isolate Banana
- 1 scoop Greens
- 75g frozen mango
- 75g frozen strawberry

Delicious chocolate milk!
This is a topper for the true chocolate lover. The delicious taste of chocolate milk including a high number of proteins. A mixture of a Chocolate Protein Shake and milk (vegetable or cow's milk) is the basis for this shake. You can also add nuts, seeds, grains, fruit and honey for example. This shake does have slightly more calories than usual, but can therefore serve very well as a meal replacement.
Our favorite chocolate milk
With this shake you not only get proteins from the protein shake, but also from different nuts and seeds. You also have the delicious sweet taste of bananas and honey.
- 1 scoop Real Whey Chocolate
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon Real Peanut
- 1-2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 400 ml coconut milk
You can also add honey or dried dates to give it a slightly sweeter taste.
You don't have to mix protein powder with a liquid. You can ideally mix yogurt or cottage cheese with your protein powder. Again you can go in many directions in terms of taste and texture. For example, you can sit and mix cereals in your yogurt, and you can throw in many different flavors of protein powder. Make sure you gradually add the protein powder to your yogurt or cottage cheese to prevent lumps. If it gets too thick you can of course also add a little water.
Our favorite: Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop Real Whey or Real Isolate Vanilla
- 250 ml Natural Greek yogurt
- 50 grams of Real Oats
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- a handful of fresh raspberries (optional)
These are our favorites, but of course everyone has a different preference when it comes to taste and texture. Use the types of fruit that you like, the protein powder that you like and create your own creation. You can make it as crazy as you want, but the taste of your protein shake doesn't have to be a problem anymore!
