Products that are taken during training often consist of different amino acids such as BCAA, Arginine or Glutamine. It also often contains substances such as beta-alanine and L-Citrulline, or a combination of vitamins and minerals.

These products can also be used for training, but most people prefer to use them during training. Try both and decide what suits you best!
