If you want to use our return options, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Always contact us in advance to coordinate things. This can be done by telephone with one of our employees on + 31 (0) 10 - 818 34 36, via our live chat or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Always state your order number, the reason for return and which products are involved.
Pay attention! Keep the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace code.
When we have received your order we will review it. The product must at least meet the following points before we can give a coupon with credit or make a refund.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of products that are not suitable for being returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
After receiving your return you will receive a message from us.
We cannot exchange items that you have purchased online and that are delivered to your preferred address. However, you can return items that you no longer want. You will then receive the purchase amount or coupon, after which a new order can possibly take place.
If a package is refused, or is not picked up at a Pakjegemak point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus 5 euro return costs.
By making use of the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation with AfterPay does not expire. You must pay within the specified period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return your item within 14 days, without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you can view, review and / or fit the item as you do in the store, unless stated otherwise.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the item is in your possession. By this we mean when the package has been received by you or a third party designated by you. If you revoke the agreement, you will immediately receive all payments you have made up to that point, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received the cancellation notice. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will pay back with the same payment method that the transaction was originally used for, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case no costs will be charged for the reimbursement. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier. After cancellation you must return or hand over the goods to us as quickly as possible and within 14 days. You are on time if the goods have been returned before the 14 days period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account. In addition, you are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that results from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In that case, we may settle this depreciation with the amount to be refunded.
COST FOR RETURN
The shipping costs for returning your order are for your own account (€ 5, - personal contribution per return shipment). If an item has to be exchanged due to an error on our part, then the return costs are for our account.
FOR THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY RETURN COSTS:
The wrong product has been delivered
The package was delivered incorrectly
The product is over the date (without mention on the product page and outside of the statutory best-before period)

- State your order number and the products that you want to return.
- You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the return request.
- Then add the fully completed return form to the package.
- Pack your order well so that it arrives in good condition with us.
- Then hand in your order at a PostNL post office
Tip:: Always keep the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace code!
Also pass this on to us after the return shipment you sent.
