Ordering from us is quick, easy and safe! Every order placed on workdays for 18: 00 placed is shipped immediately so that you already have your order the next working day! In addition to the super fast delivery calculation, every order above € 35 is free (for orders up to € 35, € 3,95 contribution is charged in shipping costs). We ship with PostNL, which offers a package twice (or possibly at your neighbors). The offer takes place on working days between 09.00 hours and 21.30 hours.

Order by phone:

Ordering by phone is of course also possible. During our opening hours (on working days 09: 00-18: 00, Saturday 09: 00- 17: 00) you will immediately be assisted by one of our experienced service team employees. Delivery

Our entire range can be delivered directly from stock. Every order placed for 18: 00 hours will be sent by us immediately, so that you will already be offered this by PostNL the next working day!
NOTE: PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. An order placed on Saturday or Sunday is therefore delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping

Delivery by PostNL:

Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is provided by PostNL. You will receive a track and trace number from us immediately after sending, so you can track your order online. If you are not home when your order is delivered, the package will be offered again the next day. You can then collect your package at the nearest PostNL pick-up point. You will also receive a code after the first offer attempt, with which you can change the desired delivery day and delivery address via the PostNL website. In Belgium the package is even offered 3x, there are no collection points here.

Delivery to a different address

It is also possible to have the order delivered to an address other than your home address - for example, where you work during the day, or a PostNL pickup location in your area. This is easy when paying for your order.

Pick up

It is also possible to pick up the package from us in the store. You can choose this option in the field next to the shipping method. Our store is located at the Terbregse Rechter Rottekade 178 3055XH in Rotterdam. We are open Mon to Fri. 09: 00 - 18: 00 | Sat 09: 00 - 17: 00 | Sun CLOSED.
