These wrist straps with pin are to strengthen the grip on the bar during heavy training and to strengthen the grip hanging from the horizontal bar during abdominal training. The power wrist straps with pin are suitable for back, stretch, thigh and abs exercises.

Use: Made from extremely strong, non-slip material. To be attached around the wrist by means of a Velcro closure. The strip with pin in the palm of the hand perpendicular to the wrist. The strip is wrapped around the bar with the pin in the palm. During the execution of exercises where the strap is not needed, the strap can easily be attached to the wrist strap by means of an extra strip of Velcro.
